On-going customer service

 This is what sets us apart from other cleaning services. Using our mobile app your cleaner will ‘check in & out’ of your property and have all the relevant information about your cleaning to hand. We will be in touch with you and your cleaner regularly to check that the Top Banana Standard is consistently maintained.


Requesting a cleaner is easy, simply complete our short online form to provide us with all the essential details of your cleaning needs. You will receive a call back to discuss your requirements in greater details and arrange a suitable time for a welcome visit.
Lana will visit you at a convenient time to see your property and record your requirements, ensuring your clean is tailored to your exact needs and you receive a consistent experience should you ever have a change of cleaner. Kit packs can be provided at the Welcome visit, at £32 for our Premium Method pack, and £22 for our Standard pack, they represent a 25% saving on the standard retail price. Lana will talk you through the terms and conditions and answer any questions you may have about the scheduling service we provide.

We will schedule you a cleaner who matches your location and requirements to work at a time convenient to you. You will always have the same cleaner every week who will check in and out of your property using our App.

Should we need to rearrange at any point you can be confident that all cleaners included on the Top Banana Cleaning database have been thoroughly background checked, trained and monitored for their suitability. If at any point you need to change your arrangements, you can simply get in touch and leave the rest to us.

If you need to make any changes or have special requests this will all be easy for your cleaner to see. No need to leave notes reminding them, just get in touch and leave the rest to us.

With our mobile app, should your clean ever be rescheduled to a replacement cleaner, your job profile and directions will be sent directly to their phone, ensuring no time is wasted with cleaners unable to find your property or unsure of what needs doing. Every time your cleaner visits you they will use the mobile app to ‘check in & out’ as proof of arrival and departure, even without phone signal. This gives you total piece of mind, especially if you need your cleaner to come in when you are not home. (All information is encrypted and securely wiped from a device when staff leave.)

All cleaners listed on the Top Banana Cleaning database are trained to consistently provide superb cleaning, once scheduled to you we won’t just leave them to get on with it, instead we will keep in touch and regularly visit to ensure that the Top Banana Standard is consistently maintained.
